“I’m not sure if this is the right location- but one of your employees (she had on a U-HAUL shirt, so I’m assuming she works for U-HAUL) was at Navy Federal ATM tonight. I walked up to use the other ATM beside her & we spoke briefly- she made sure that her & her husband waited for me to finish depositing my money at the ATM & make it back into my car safety before they left. They don’t know how much that meant to me & I just want to say thank you to her and her husband. There is still good people in this world ??❤️”
“I want to thank Keegan and several of his team members for going above and beyond! First the pickup truck I reserved was not available just prior to my arrival, so Keegan called me and I approved a box truck he offered. Then when I arrived I discovered I had reserved the wrong car trailer. But Keegan and the team took care of that (and in the rain too!). And lastly, when I loaded my car into the auto transport trailer, one of the ramps went flying out (there was a problem with the safety catch). The team figured out a way to get my rear tires onto the trailer and all the while in the pouring rain! I was super impressed by their dedication”

My original reservation had to be changed because the location that I chose didn’t have the equipment that I selected which was a bit inconvenient, but it worked out for the best! If not for that, I would have missed out on one of the best customer service experiences in recent memory. Herb and his wife, Lisa, are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever need a U-Haul or storage unit again then I will definitely go through them!”

“I was thrilled by my Uhaul experience here. Helpful and friendly...could not ask for more. Down home folk with nice assortment of animals to enjoy while they double checked everything, it made a tedious move more enjoyable...and while not the big rental place most people seem to prefer using, they had the basics and my business with them definitely left one with a "part of the family" feeling one appreciates more than appearances. Truck was good to go and they set up the car carrier just like the pro's they are. Thank you!”
