“My son just purchased his dream car from iDrive, Fredericksburg Virginia. We live about 5 hours north of this dealer, in Northern NJ, but my son is a real car fanatic and he had been on the search for months to find the right vehicle. We would have driven any where for it. When he found his dream car, a 2013 Mustang GT California Special, we knew he had to have it. I was nervous seeing that it was 5 hours away in Virginia, but Shawn put us at ease with clear communication every step of the way. We left our house early in the morning with a bank check and promises of an easy transaction and Shawn 100% delivered. The car was beautiful and the buying process was smooth and easy. I pointed a few minor things out to Eric and he made the necessary adjustments to secure the deal. I would say overall im happy with my purchase. This being my daughter's first car I feel I got a pretty good deal. The minor things I found can be expected from cars that ultimately come from auction. I've read some of the othe other reviews. I can definitely respect the frustration they might feel if the vehicle fails. We have to be conscious of the fact that these are auction cars being sold with the intent of making a profit and moving on. ( expectations can be but so high) Traditional dealerships i would hold to a higher standard. That being said my 2013 civic runs good ( minor wear repairs to be done) I would purchase from here again.”
