“The prices are quite reasonable for most of everything they have. My husband and I also like the wide selection of things they have from military clothing, antiques to childrens vintage/modern toys and more.”
“I love this place the staff is nice and helpful. The prices really are good. They have all types of items, good smelling candle products, coins, jewelry, paints, all types of knickknacks, furniture, antiques. They have additional room in the back. I will definitely be back.”
“Hidden funiture gem of Fredericksburg. Fun place to shop. Large selection of vintage and antique furniture and odds and ends. We purchased a book shelf. I could not be happier. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Comming from Northern VA. I found the prices very reasonable.”
“This Plato’s is amazing! High quality items and they pay above other places. I would usually take my clothes to Buffalo Exchange, but since I moved to this area, I decided to give Plato’s a try and I am so glad that I did! Scott and his wife are amazing amazing people do not listen to half of these reviews. If you have quality items they will pay you reasonably for them. PERIOD! Like all places, it gets busy at times, but this place is amazing. Staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend. 10/10”
“IMHO This is the best Goodwill in town.
The prices are rarely insane, unlike most other out of touch goodwills. Sure it's still too much for a thrift store, but this goodwill will (almost) never put crazy prices on their items and seem to always price things fairly.
The electronics are TESTED with little notes on them about what was checked. More Goodwills should be doing this.
They still have dressing rooms! Yes, you can actually try on the clothes you want to buy here!
The shelves are always organized and everything is picked up. The employees are friendly and kind.
Other Goodwill locations should use this one as a model.”
“highkey one of the coolest thriftstores I've ever been to.
The staff are awesome and items there are fricken sweet. I literally found a lab coat in there for like 18 bucks and oh my grod you have no idea how happy I was.
They tend to have stuff I'll actully wear bc awesomeness.
(Though I lowkey wish they had a section that was primarily band related t-shirts)”
