The staff are always patient and kind - many are volunteers. Their compassion for animals - and people- is admirable. “I have been to at least 6 of these in 3 states. I love them. The open hours are a bit off, but this one did change for the better. The items are priced a bit high and many are dirty. The windows are very dirty. Glass doors are crazy high. Cabinets are priced too high.”

“The Goodwill Store and Donation Center at Harrison Crossing is the best and cleanest Goodwill in the Fredericksburg area. The staff assisting with dropoff is always very nice. It's definitely worth the short drive out to Harrison Crossing”
“I visited your store today beside Gaints. The town and country store. I must say it is like a breath of fresh air. From the time you enter the store to the time you leave. The friendly and family feel you get when you walk in. And the way they care about your customers. I got to meet one of your managers, his personality is truly breath taking. And I love the way he interacts with all the customers and is so helpful and kind. You can tell the customers love him. I believe his name is jazs, i called him sky because of his eyes. But he truly takes pride in his job, the customers and his employees. I wanted to just say that i understand now what your mission is all about. And it shows the way you hire people who are so quick to make a difference in peoples lives they meet even for the first time. This is truly favorite store. And you now have me as a loyal customer. Again I wanted to thank you for such a great experience.”

“This is my husband & I’s favorite goodwill in the area (& I promise we’re regulars at all of them). For us it’s like going to a corner store in a small town. We love seeing the same faces every week. Particularly Amy & Rina (if I spelled your name wrong, sorry!). Every week we make our rounds to the different locations, but when it’s this locations turn my husband and I always say something to the effect of “ready to go see our friends?”.
We’ll forever be thrifters & goodwill hunters, but having people working there that are genuinely kind and always remember you and your family really makes it all that much better.
