Worst Verizon store in Fredericksburg. Andrew is useless! They didn’t have the phone or the screen protector that they claimed to have in stock online. Rather than try and get me a different phone he just said cancel your order and try again in 24 hours. I told him my mom is driving to pick this phone up I need to get it at a different store he said you can’t. There was 4 or 5 employees literally standing by the counter doing nothing. I Drove to the Central Park Verizon and they were very helpful and canceled this store’s screw up and I had a new phone in less than 30 minutes. I’d avoid the Massaponax store completely in the future.

They seem to always be friendly, seem to be very knowledgeable. I wish their services were a little cheaper but they're no different than any other mobile service other than they tend to work better in the area that I am

What an experience! I ordered a few phones online, and my account was labeled as "fraudulent." I called the fraud department, and it took 3 hours and 4 people to resolve the issue. Absolutely ridiculous. I went to the store to clear it up or just outright cancel and be done with this mess. I worked with (Brendan, I believe) and his team. They were fantastic, and they are the only reason I am not with another carrier.

I can not say enough good things about the techs Ahmad and Quann who work here. They do kind, patient, knowledgeable, and do helpful. My son lost his phone at airport that is vital to his job, etc. They were so helpful setting up new phone and were very thoughtful and provided everything we need to know and to do if he does find it. Quann and Ahmad are simply best Thank you for everything. We sincerely appreciate it.

Avoid this establishment at all costs - I understand that not every customer can be made solvent and policy is policy. However, treating customers with respect and decorum is the bare minimum, and there is no excuse for the kind of behavior that the store manager exhibited today. I was shocked at how rude Mx. Burris was - they interrupted me continuously even when I pointed out that they had not allowed me to finish speaking, they kept bulldozing over me and did not stop. Its no way to treat another human being much less a customer. I felt very tense and uncomfortable to speaking to this individual, there were witnesses and they stated that it wasn't just me overreacting. Completely unacceptable.

We had the best customer service today. Andy greeted us when we walked in and spent an hour working diligently to make sure our needs were met. He even saved me money on my service. This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had with Verizon. Thank You!!

I went here very upset..This company charged me $250 more than what we agreed when I got phones..You see I'm disabled and get the low amount money..My Granddaughter don't have a computer and I saw on tv where get a phone, I pad and watch..Well I wanted help her for college..As I walked in Verizon store ,I was helped..The gentleman fixed everything and I got plan lower than I was expecting..Thank you young man..World Renouned Folkartist Mark Prieto

After purchasing a new IPhone, I later reviewed my bill. The reps here didn't tell me there was a charge for setting up my new phone. Also, they didn't tell me they we putting "add ons" on my account - like cloud storage. I had to go in and turn them all off before Verizon started changing me for things I never asked for. Not happy with this lack of tranparency at this place. Avoid.
