Avoid this establishment at all costs - I understand that not every customer can be made solvent and policy is policy. However, treating customers with respect and decorum is the bare minimum, and there is no excuse for the kind of behavior that the store manager exhibited today. I was shocked at how rude Mx. Burris was - they interrupted me continuously even when I pointed out that they had not allowed me to finish speaking, they kept bulldozing over me and did not stop. Its no way to treat another human being much less a customer. I felt very tense and uncomfortable to speaking to this individual, there were witnesses and they stated that it wasn't just me overreacting. Completely unacceptable.

We had the best customer service today. Andy greeted us when we walked in and spent an hour working diligently to make sure our needs were met. He even saved me money on my service. This is, by far, the best experience I have ever had with Verizon. Thank You!!

I went here very upset..This company charged me $250 more than what we agreed when I got phones..You see I'm disabled and get the low amount money..My Granddaughter don't have a computer and I saw on tv where get a phone, I pad and watch..Well I wanted help her for college..As I walked in Verizon store ,I was helped..The gentleman fixed everything and I got plan lower than I was expecting..Thank you young man..World Renouned Folkartist Mark Prieto

After purchasing a new IPhone, I later reviewed my bill. The reps here didn't tell me there was a charge for setting up my new phone. Also, they didn't tell me they we putting "add ons" on my account - like cloud storage. I had to go in and turn them all off before Verizon started changing me for things I never asked for. Not happy with this lack of tranparency at this place. Avoid.

Once again, Verizon disappoints. I was given a list of Verizon locations from the Verizon representative where we could drop off our old equipment - cable box and internet box - as usual, the store did not allow the drop off.

I purchased an iPhone for this store. I was later notified via email that I was signed up for Asurion phone insurance at $17 a month! I never signed up for this and was never asked about it. Now I have waste time trying to figure out who to contact to have it cancelled. Ridiculous.

Worse company ever, they can't do anything besides tell you call a number for help. Insurance or protection is useless. The customer service numbers are useless and employees don't do anything but tell you to call a number. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

People are great. Cellphone signal in the area is weak, though, which makes calls and data difficult.
