Realistically, I wish I could give a no star rating. Horrible customer service, most shockingly most of the terrible customer service came from the Branch manager Shawn. Will not be returning to any wells fargo banks due to the lack of good manners and customer service.

Horrible experience at this branch. It seems very poorly managed. The branch manager, Sean, miscommunicated information and doesn’t seem to care if clients go elsewhere for their banking. I will avoid this location.
