“Great place to shop. Excellent prices, nice employees. The only issues were bad with an employee was addressed with corrective action and a personal phone call from the Manager. Highly recommend.”

“Good stop of gas. Lots of stations, and pricing is almost always below average.
But does get backed up frequently because it is so busy, and this location does not stay open late like others. So just be conscious of the traffic and time, as during closing they will come and lock the pumps. Just be patient and go with the flow.”

“Please bring back the turkey sandwich from before Covid!! 4.99 Turkey and pesto, and it was hot. This 6.99 cold sandwich isn’t even good and it’s cold. The cheese pizza is barely edible. Overall 4 stars because the prices are good”

“Riese is a tire tech here, and folks, he just saved my day. I’ve never been more grateful for a person in the customer service world to take a moment, show empathy, and solve a problem outside the box. While heading out to deliver a piece of farm equipment a tire on my truck caught a piece of road debris and blew out, right in front of Costco. Riese and Elizabeth discovered my tire was not in stock, and said it would be a couple days to get it in and repair the tire (bought here just a couple months ago). I explained the super tough spot I was in with the need for my pickup to pull a trailer with heavy equipment on it (my other car is tiny) and Riese found another store with my tire in stock, PERSONALLY DROVE THERE, got the tire, and had me out, not in 2 days… but two hours. This was a a problem for a random customer, but was cared about by the staff, and they solved it creatively and fairly. If someone in Costco c-suite ever reads this… this is why I’m a lifelong fan of the business and your staff. Thank you all.”

“Something new happening at Costco! We were grabbing a LOT of stuff for the holiday. Not only were we are there during the peak hours - we moved through the line faster than ever! We were in and out in an hour! Whatever Costco is doing - keep doing it! Best Costco Day!”

“It's got a good variety of food items, more than Costco, at least in my opinion. I always compare it to Costco because Costco is my go-to place. The lighting, I don't like it, that's just me, again, compared to Costco.

Food-wise: I end up buying more food items here than I do in Costco. Costco's price for food items is better, but BJ's has more options. When the same food item is on sale/has a coupon in BJ's it can be the same price or a dollar or two cheaper than at Costco.

Electronics, hardware, furniture, clothes, books, etc - anything that isn't food: Costco is superior BY FAR in terms of quality, selection, and most importantly, price. Example: The 6-foot foldable plastic table at Costco is $59.99. The same one in BJ's is $79.99.

Gasoline: I don't fill up here, but I went to both Costco and BJ's one after the other and noticed that BJ's gas, at the time of writing, was 20 cents cheaper at $3.19 vs $3.39 for Costco and Sam's.”
