“We truly enjoyed our brief stay at the Woodward House. Joan, our host, was delightful. The cozy suite was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was stellar. We plan to return!Rooms: Our suite included a separate bedroom and sitting area including a couch, chair, and tv.Nearby activities: It is only 1/2 to the entrance station for the Skyline Drive.Walkability: The downtown area is an easy walk away.Food & drinks: In addition to the delicious breakfast, there is a bar for evening beer and wine in the community area. Joan also provides snacks in your room.”
“Very nice hotel. Service and hot breakfast are awesome. Rooms are clean and updated and the beds are comfortable. My wife and I really like this place and will definitely stay here again. Close to a large variety of shops and very convenient to 66 and downtown.”
“Rooms were dated but clean. No extras at all though. Dont expect even laundry bags. Breakfast is free but very limited. Kids may not find anything they like. Close to shops but wouldn't walk at night.”
“Although gateway in doesn’t have good reviews. This place is really nice everyone there was super nice and it was less then what budget in is and gateway is smaller but a lot nicer and it’s peaceful there they do do room checks every wensday tho but would 100% go back there and the beds were clean and room was clean to and there were no bed bugs or roaches at all. Would 100% recommend gateway inn”

“My stay was nice and quiet. The room was extremely clean. It was comfortable. I would stay here other than more expensive places I've stayed in Front Royal. The shower had nice hot water which is rare. The place where pets go is awesome. Plenty of grassy areas for them to play, etc. The staff are the friendliest people out of all the places I've stayed. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask. The prices are of the utmost reasonable. I give them a 10+.”

“The two bedroom suite was perfect for traveling with kids. The kids and parents each had a private bedroom with a TV plus a living room and complete kitchen.
This would be a great place for a long term stay kids or a larger group of adults.”
