“I am a truck, driver and frequent hotels. Often I stay in 3.5 star most of the time this was my first day at a Candlewood and I will say I’ll never stay anywhere else. If I can help it. Amber at the front desk was more than helpful, and the manager lady was the same hospitality and customer service are above and beyond in this place I could not see how anyone could ever leave them at review, can’t wait to get back and enjoy the many amenities that come with staying at this place. “Although the room was clean and spacious, we had the worst night of sleep on our entire 10 night road trip. Bed was uncomfortably hard and the highway noise was extremely loud at times. The long check in and lack of luggage carts didn't help. Won't be using this brand of hotel again.”

“I don't really have any complaints at all I can think of. Only issue I've had was with Internet and cable TV for a few nights but that's an issue out of the staffs control. The best thing about my stay here is the staff. Friendly, kind, and helpful. Very accommodating. The rooms were very well taken care of and clean. Room had microwave and mini fridge (I'd say slightly bigger than mini), TV. Everyone from front desk to cleaning crew to maintenance did their jobs well and were super friendly. If you are looking for a stay in the area. I'd start here.”

“Five star as far as Red Roof Inns go.Tho the large, very high sign out front has alot of lights out. The front desk man (who i believe is the manager) willingly came to our room for a TV problem.”

“Room was as expected, clean and modern. No issues with hot water for morning shower. Digital key worked flawlessly as did the mobile check-in/out on the Hilton app. Breakfast was lackluster but its free so I didn't have high expectations. I know it's a dog owner's responsibility to pick up after their pets but I did see quite a few presents left around outside.Rooms: Bed was comfortable and clean. No carpet, clean floors.Noteworthy details: Very dog friendly! There are several stations with waste bags around the property. Most people seemed to utilize them.”

“One of the BEST stays I've ever had! SO CLEAN!!!! I ALWAYS worry when booking 3 star - Regardless of brand name attached. But between the Cleanliness and Beautiful renovations, I was SO COMFORTABLE I booked a 2nd night! They have every amenity I needed! Special shout out to Lisa Stoudt and the night lady who checked me in (I was so dang distraught when I arrived I didn't catch your name). Thank you ladies, I truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality! I will be sending anyone I know who will be visiting the area! “We were so sleepy when we were driving back down Home. I Had booked over Priceline, and Paid for it in advance. When we got there at around 10pm, it was quiet. It smelled Really Good in the Lobby. I requested that we get a 1st Floor room since I have a Newborn and My grandma. She was very Accommodating. She told me the internet was free, breakfast was 6:30-9:30am, and Had me sign the paper. She took a copy of my ID, and then gave me my Room Keys. We drove around and got settled into the room.Everything was decent. It was Nice. The bed was SUPER comfortable!! I didn’t want to wake up! Me and my Grandma had so much fun. The TV had a lot of channels, and the Shower was hot!Breakfast was Very Good. The only Thing that was annoying was the lady.She literally stared me down when I was operating the waffle iron and then proceeded to tell me how to USE the Waffle Iron when I was halfway Done. -_-Super aggravating. She was on me like a White On Rice on a paper plate in a snow storm. Literally watched me like a hawk when I was Making my breakfast and Getting my juice.Also refused to give my Grandma another yogurt when she asked for it… she needed it to take her medicine…So the attitude and Persona of this Woman (breakfast attendant) on the morning of February 26th… very Unpleasant. Especially first thing in the morning…Anyways, I really like the breakfast selections… they had breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurts, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, Orange and apple juice! Yum!!Now about the room, Besides the Pube On the side of the tub (I noticed it when sitting on the toilet) and the weird ceiling above the shower… everything else was great!I especially like how they still have the Bible’s in the drawer. Please keep doing that.Anyways Clean Hotel and I Also Admire that the checkout time was at 12pm! Great Location andI would like to recognize FERN at the front desk!FERN was such a sweetheart And a great conversation! She even reactivated my room key to let me get Something after we had loaded up my car! “Rooms are super clean; looks freshly painted! Air conditioning works great! TV and beds are oddly placed but found out today the TV is mounted with a swiveling wall Mount so we can angle it to see the screen much better. Unfortunately no WiFi available (make sure to bring mobile hotspots) however they have a pretty nice kitchen set up between the lobby and laundry room that is available for guests to use that has a stove, oven, air fryer, toaster, and etc…. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers that are coin operated and they provide quarters at front desk when change is needed as well as laundry detergent. Towels are not included with room so bring your own or they do provide for an $8 deposit per set. Room rates are unbeatable with pricing when on a budget! We have a closet space with rod to hang clothes, mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in all devices! Mattresses are not very comfortable so we had to get a mattress pad for the bed, but like I said it’s the best (lowest) priced place in Winchester when on a budget! Motel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! While we are in an end unit room it does seem to be a quiet place. The outdoor space is lovely, with a huge grassy yard with Trees, shade and seating. We do plan to extend our stay!”
