“The front desk worker, Kevin, was a delight! Very friendly & helpful every single time we came across him during our stay. Definitely the best worker this location has!

We've stayed here several times & even tho our room wasnt ready when we arrived earlier, they offered us a cheaper room that was clean for the most part. The only downside this stay was we noticed the water pressure wasn't great anymore for the sink & shower. And we noticed some flea bites on my childs ankles (only person on the floor while staying there) ,which is expected when the hotel allows pets, but hopefully its something they will get taken care of or spray for more.. & the fridge wouldn't turn down at all & was barely cold for our waters and drinks while staying.

Overall, a good & clean place to stay for an extended trip. Plenty of accommodations for disabilities & amenities close by.”

“We had a great stay at this SpringHill Suites. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The indoor pool was warm and a little larger than most SpringHill Suites we’ve stayed at, which was a nice surprise.

Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options, and there was ample seating so it never felt crowded.

Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely choose this location again the next time we’re passing through the area. Five stars!”

“Had a wonderful stay at Tru Hotel in Winchester. The property was super clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

A special shoutout to the gentleman working on Thursday he truly went above and beyond for us after a bad experience at a previous hotel. His kindness and effort really stood out and made a big difference in our stay. The entire staff is great and friendly from the cleaning to the front desk.

The price is very affordable, and the hotel is located in a great area, which made everything even more convenient.

“I had never Heard of candlewood suites but we stayed there for a night and the host (Julius) was super pleasant and inviting. Just made us feel right at home and explained everything thoroughly. The room was super spacious with high ceilings and everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and enough pillows for all wants and needs. Will definitely stay there again.”

“It's an older hotel but so far the rooms seem clean. I brought my own sheets and blankets. Full size sheet does not fit on their full size bed. Decent microwave and fridge in the room. Ice machine in a nearby building that requires room key to access. Check in process was quick and easy.
Dog friendly, divided smoking/ non smoking buildings. Good choice if you're here sightseeing and just need a home-base to rest and clean up. Lots of places to eat or shop nearby.”

“Best part about this place is they still use regular keys so you dont have to worry about your key deactivating.

If you misplace your key the people there will make sure you are able to get in your room no matter the time.

There is a nice Church 100 feet away called Cross Roads.

It is America friendly and owned.

I stayed there and prayed and God answered my prayers in the positive.

“I genuinely can't leave a positive enough review. I've been twice, both times SO clean and friendly. The gentleman at the front even remembered me. Rooms are very comfortable and every drink or food option I've had has been great. Could not recommend enough!”

“Room was clean, people were very nice and we felt completely safe. Would definitely recommend and also stay there again.I had my toy poodle and was not charged a pet fee which I thought was very nice because most pet friendly places charge a $20 or more non refundable pet fee.”
