Don't use this towing company...rude and unprofessional. Maybe it was just an off day but started out rough with phone call from driver saying he was going to be 2 hours late, then texts saying he didn't know why my car was scheculed and who dumped it on his lap...then truck broke down and could not do the tow at all....yeah...

I wish i could give zero stars, terrible customer service, was rude to talk with dispatch, when they didn't just hang up and give a blatant excuse! Terrible

We found ourselves stranded an hour away from home. Keens's was there before we even though possible and two of the kindest guys I've ever met stayed with us until we were able to get into the truck and drive home. Highly recommend this business! (Hope we never need them again )
