“This is an excellent credit union if you work at the PTO. They will help you get your direct deposit for pay, and your online bill pay set up. The onsite location makes it extremely convenient. They have all the typical services like money orders, cashier's checks, CDs/money markets, savings accounts, car loans, etc. No problems.”

The staff is very friendly and efficient.My only complaints are that parking is limited and sometimes can get very crowded. There is no drive-through however, the plus is that they have a coin counting machine which is very rare.Today’s visit I worked with Dayvon he was very nice, extremely patient with me and assisted me through all my questions. “Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”
