“My friend and I went over to AutoZone to get battery cables for her car, when asking the gentlemen there, they acted as if they had no clue and didn't even offer to at least peek outside to see the car in selecting the correct cables ( you would think they'd know) so, we went over to Advance, and they were absolutely excellent! “Since I'm talking more or less to a "wall" I have to make a point here.My battery has arrived damaged, not usable. Obviously destroyed while shipping. Sent pics and made some remarks. As a feedback so far nothing than empty words like we will go in touch with our carrier and we will let you know the result. Of course the package was insured. My first contact to VA 8th of August (battery arrived same day). Today 25th of August.17 days no idea whats going on.Wrote some e-mails in between asking the status. Mostly no reply at all.I'm expecting to receive another battery on none cost, means incl .shipping, tax and fees.Lets see how they proceed and to get it solved by VA.Zero stars so far.Update:I do not have a contract with fedex, but you have. It is clear that VA is my contact to fix the issue.Thanks for your efforts so far.Soon as there is a 100% solution I will update my review.Update Sept. 5th:No response since 30th August, seems still pending.Update September 13th:Was promised to receive another battery on none cost, except german tax and fees. “Ordered tires on line according to specs given by Walmart, to be installed at Timberville. Hour after dropping vehicle off the tech says the tires were not as wide as the original for my Subaru. I said wait a minute, this is what Walmart's site said would fit. They made them work and the tech was very polite and did a good job.”
“I had to order additional parts so I used the website, then called and asked about shipping time, the person went out of her way to contact the one doing web orders so they could get processed right away. I got my parts sooner than expected… they were shipped across country in one week. I thought that was pretty amazing.”
