“I was looking for a reliable person to work on my German vehicles in Harrisonburg and I am so glad I came across Mid Atlantic. They have amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the second I walked in the door. I had a coolant leak on my bmw m550i, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and give me a price that beat competitors quotes (by quite a bit). Car was fixed and ready to go in 4 days. Jason and Greg are the best. There is a reason they have been in business for 20+ year and there reviews make a note of that. I will be back and I highly suggest anyone with a German vehicle to go by there place.”

“I recently had the hood of my Toyota Tacoma painted at this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Erica and the entire team were incredibly professional, guiding me through the process and patiently answering all of my questions. The paintwork looks flawless! They even went the extra mile by washing my truck and cleaning the rims after completing the job, which I noticed right away. I highly recommend this shop for their fantastic customer service and top-notch work. I will definitely be back!”

“A TRUE HIDDEN GEM!! Finding a trustworthy auto shop was tough (especially as a student) but this is THE place to go. I've been to this shop twice now—once for my previous car and again for my current one—and both times, they've blown me away with their amazing service and fair quotes. Dean and his team are unbelievably helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get me back on the road, and today, they even fixed a little missing bolt or two for free! You won’t find a more honest and kinder team anywhere.”

“Isaac and Matt were great to work with. My truck got hit, and when I texted Isaac on a Friday afternoon, he met with me the following Monday and guided me through the whole process. I dropped my truck off, and Autobody Pro handled everything directly with the insurance company, saving me the hassle and keeping me updated along the way. When I picked up my truck, it looked even better than before the accident. I highly recommend Autobody Pro—excellent customer service and outstanding results are hard to find, but they have both.”

“This guy is amazing. Friendly, patient, and great service. This was my first time taking my car to an autobody shop by myself, and of course, I was nervous and ready to be ripped off. Instead, I immediately felt welcomed and felt comfortable leaving my car here. Instead of trying to upsell me, he listened to me talk about my bumper, ordered the parts for me, and made me a priority. I needed my bumper replaced as soon as possible. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and got it back the very next day. It looks BRAND NEW. Better than it was when I bought it back in 2020. This is the guy to go to.”

We looked up what kind of wipers I needed and then when I had trouble installing them (they needed one of the included adapters), he came out and put them on for me. So quick and easy. This is my new go-to auto parts store.”

“It was my first time visiting this location and I was greatly surprised by the customer service and knowledgeable staff that helped me. Totally recommend this place!”

“Eric, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. I had an incident when parking where I pulled my car too far up on the curb and pulled the outer bumper off my car. I couldn’t fix it by myself and was getting ready for a long drive, so I went by Autozone for help. Eric helped me click my bumper back into place even though it meant getting on the ground in the hot sun. He took valuable time out of his day to help me out when I was in a tough spot. He even replaced a broken zip tie that helped hold the bumper on that was there before I bought the car. I don’t know what I would’ve done without his help and he didn’t let me pay a dime. His amazing customer service has won my business for as long as I am still in Harrisonburg and really means a lot to me. Thank you again!!”

“Phil and his wife were the sweetest people. I’m across the country for college and backed into a wall which resulted with some bumper damage. It was a Saturday and Phil was so nice and helpful over the phone and even better when I came by so he could take a look. He knew exactly what he was doing and was beyond kind and generous. Going to get my car fixed as a young girl is scary and I have been ripped off before. Phil is more than fair with everything and it was so refreshing to meet him.Service: Body & Trim”

He and Jan are a fabulous team and we are so grateful.”

“Fantastic shop. My poor Kona had the misfortune of encountering a deer and Gerber handled the damage wonderfully. They were super nice, quick, and the work looks exceptional. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my suv as well as the outside so it looked like I’d just driven it off the lot. Highly recommend.”

“I was in a real bind and could not for the life of me get my old windshield wiper off on my driver side. I spent maybe 10-15 minutes trying to tackle it at home and ultimately decided to drive to the closest auto store to see if they would be willing to help. I explained I purchased my blades elsewhere and can absolutely replace them, I just need help getting the old one off. CJ asked no questions and was just happy to help me. We ultimately had to break the old wiper off and even though the new blades weren’t purchased there, he was more than happy to just go ahead and finish the job for me. It’s going to be raining the next few days and CJ really came through and helped me (because the actual wiper broke off… it was the piece stuck to the j hook that I couldn’t get off, so I would have been wiper-less). I appreciate him and his time and his customer service deserves some recognition. Thanks CJ!”

“Derek in the Auto Care Center is a great example of why it’s better to deal with a human than technology. The app kept canceling my appointment although the tires I ordered were in, but I walked in and spoke to Derek about my situation and he was able to help me and schedule me for as soon as possible. He had a great attitude even though the line behind me had piled up and the computer wasn’t cooperating!”
