Being that it has happened more than once or twice means it wasn't a fluke..... trying to use the drive thru ATM is a waste of time. At different times you can't get cash, can't deposit cash, can deposit checks...not sure how often other branches have this issue, but it seems highly unlikely they do.

Didn't know this Capital One Bank was over here. Pleasantly surprised. Efficient, fast service. No deposit slips at the window, so had to send the transporter for them and watch her send it back saying that I just needed my license and a debit card.

I had the pleasure of visiting this branch today to have help closing out some CD’S of my late mother. I was greeted by Lordes who was able to help me. She couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Thank you for such great customer service!
