I went to this branch because it is on my way home from work. Big mistake, I just wanted to make a deposit and get some money envelopes. SWATI assisted me, at the end of my deposit I requested her for 15 money envelopes, wrong thing to do. She did not like me to ask for 15 envelopes and she said: I can give you 10.I said: I need 15. Why I can not have 15?She said: because I need to give to customers.I was amazed at her answer because I am a Customer!?So I told her: do not worry about me, keep the envelopes so you can take care of your customers.At this point I left.In summaryIs this the way that this branch treat their customers?Personally I would not come back to this branch even if is the only one open.I was so upset that I am thinking in changing to a different bank.I have been with this bank too long and gone through all the transitions that have taken place over the past 40 years.Customer service is not a thing for this people.

My cousin and I went to get information regarding transferring the accounts because she has a family account here, however the branch manager SWATI WAS VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTINGLY ARROGANT. which I dont understand how because you're clearly a zero from every angle and pov's. I think they're racist. Her staff is unprofessional and rude too and they get the "easy go treat whoever you want however you wabt" from their manager SWATI. So I dont blame them. You ask them 2 more questions its a problem for them. Remember we are the customers that pay you. Weird smelling place and manager. Teach SWATI some manners and tell her to speak correctly because she doesn't even k ow what she is talking about with weird sentences.

Absolutely no star. I walked in to the branch to open a business checking account. The person who was in the reception area was showing me so much attitude with no smile at all. She asked me to schedule an appointment in Capital one website. I made an appointment for next morning. The next morning someone called from the branch that said they will not be able help me with opening account because of personnel shortages and canceled the appointment. The brunch environment and interior looks incomplete and depressing. Looks like a funereal home! Then I decided to go to a different brunch, they were awesome and very friendly with excellent customers service. I will never go to this brunch again unless I have to.

As a business owner of 25 years... I cannot understand how this branch is still in business... Made multiple online appointments to open a banking business account and canceled last minute the day of every time... canceling appointments with no notice for ridiculous reasons... unbelievably poor customer service ...somebody needs to do something! Hopefully it's just that branch!

I had a bad experience with the staff. I had called twice about a situation and was dismissed and told me that I had to go in person to discuss this situation and I took off work just to be told a generalized answer that could have been told to me over the phone. The staff was arrogant and rude.

Don't ever deposit a check here! I received a check for a car I was selling and was told to deposit it at the ATM. The ATM could not deposit my check and would not return it. This has prevented me from selling my car and I have to wait 10 to 45 business days just to determine If I actually deposited a check. I now having the misfortune of having to convey this to the potential buyer as well as possibly losing a hard earned deal I made. I have never had this happen to me at any bank period and a bank is supposed to protect your money, not destroy it.

Poor customer service. That person that was supposed to help me it was rude. He told me that I can use the atm machine instead going in there. He gets pay to work there and he needs to be nice and polite with the customers.

Bad customer service, went in to inquire on opening account, but was turned away. Said had to make an appointment and come back. There was not a single customer in the branch and it would been great if they could have helped me out. When I arrived it wasn’t a pleasant feeling, no greeting either.Won’t be going back to that Branch again!

Not happy with this bank - and have been unhappy w/ them for years. Even though their branches are disappearing (in the Northern Virginia region), I'm all-in with electronic banking, but their bill paying platform is stuck in the 90's. For example, you can't put a bill on auto-pay that is not a fixed dollar amount, like for credit cards we pay off each month. Also, they don't offer (require!) multi-factor authentication, such as requiring entry of a code texted to your phone. Wha?! I've been with this back since the Chevy Chase Bank days, but am now looking for a better bank that does online banking in a modern way.

So they are pretty much useless unless you cashing or depositing a check. They are slowly closing all branches and everything else will be done online. Im outta here... closing all accounts.
