Needed to have 2 rings appraised and was unable to find a jeweler to do it on-site where I lived. I drove an hour to visit Grace, where I had done business previously. They graciously offered to turn the appraisal around same day to save me another 2 hour trip (round-trip). Wonderful customer service!
