“I went in for outdoor furniture and was not disappointed by the quality, beauty or selection. But the thing that set Offenbachers apart was the customer service. The folks who work here are not sales-y at all. Everyone I spoke with was low-key and no pressure. It just so happened I formed a connection with Nicole and was excited to work with her. (I went in randomly one day and liked Nicole so much I sought her out the following weekend when I returned. Couldn’t believe she remembered me by name!)The thing I loved about working with Nicole was that she was a happy consumer and true fan of the products.
