“I stayed here numerous times recently and will continue to. The hotel deserves its high customer rating, easily outperforming more expensive competitors. This is a good hotel operated very well. The building is solid and low-noise with plenty of free parking. The rooms and public areas are bright, clean, and pleasantly decorated in a conventional manner. E.g., rooms have a full-size wood desk with lamp and outlets, instead of a small steel-and-plastic shelf bolted to the wall. Beds are comfortable and sleep quality is excellent. Everything here works well: elevators, HVAC, plumbing and fixtures, internet, TV, lights, outlets, breakfast space, and outside doors. Even when nearly full it feels uncrowded. Staff are welcoming, courteous, and efficient. The location is convenient to I-66 and to *many* restaurants, stores, and services. The gently-curving side streets are attractive, feel safe, and have broad sidewalks suitable for walking. The only negative I have noticed is that the lobby coffee sometimes gets emptied during the morning rush.
UPDATE: at all recent stays since the original review, the coffee has not run empty during morning rush; it's good, and hot. More thumbs-up to management and staff!”

“Wonderful experience! We traveled a few hours to stay here for the night and see a concert. EVERY staff member we encountered were kind and polite! Willing to help, making sure we were comfortable and didn’t have any questions. Our room was clean, spacious and had all the necessities we could need. 10/10 - would stay again!”

“Came into town for a concert. Realized I booked for the wrong day. Front desk rep was so nice! She helped us rebook for that evening and it became a non- issue! So grateful for her understanding and kindness! Room was clean and hall was quiet!”

“The motel is maintained excellent and so is the room. The five stars is surely also for the hot breakfast buffet offered, much more than any competition in the area. Wish I would have stayed here last time I was in the area.”

“Just got off the phone with the front desk to book a reservation. The employee was absolutely incredible! He was very polite and, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me effortlessly book my reservation and was even knowledgeable about service dogs and the ada (Americans with disabilities act). I was absolutely blown away by this as many people don’t know about service dogs or the laws and rights around them. 11/10 would definitely choose and recommend them again!”

“Today is the day after the snow storm and this place has no removal for it .. uncalled
For 100 percent everyone is stuck in the parking lot if I can go to work tomorrow I’ll be pissed better be some comp for this.
I’ve already shoveled for 2 hours and still am stuck”
