“We just stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. A 1 day staycation. This is a beautiful and very grand hotel. 24 hour state of the art gym. Indoor and outdoor pool, BOTH with hot tubs. Very impressive facility. The restaurant is top notch. I’d come eat here without even staying. Also an onsite Starbucks. The main reason I am giving a full 5 star review is because of the customer service I received, especially from the general manager of hotel operations. We had some mishaps with our reservation and room and they immediately rectified everything and made it right. They even sent balloons, a teddy bear, and card for my daughter to the room. Very accommodating and we will be back!”

“I've been in different Hotels Rooms. For the price, on this one I found things that I liked, for instance, it has a little kitchenett something that not all hotels offer, even tho. I liked the cleanliness but I think the clorox smell it was too strong and the front desk attendant is not that charismatic. But any ways on our favor the place was quiet...so far I have no complaints.”

“This is an excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable with superb staff. Don’t let the negative reviews dissuade you from staying here. Some complain about cleanliness but compliment the staff. Others have the reverse. So, they cannot all be correct.
Those complainers simply don’t want to follow basic rules of geniality, expect impossible special treatment, refuse to appreciate how the hospitality industry works, or are generally abusive about the slightest inconvenience. As a guest here, a polite request for any basic convenience is promptly honored.
Anyone who conveys that the staff was rude has most assuredly behaved impertinently and was delt with cordially but bluntly by the hotel general manager, Amy Avalos. She provides superior service for we affable guests by putting a stop to offensive guests.
The positive comments about breakfast are accurate. Complaints about the breakfast are obviously unfair criticism of a perfectly adequate buffet by individuals with unjustifiable contempt for the hotel generally.
Accommodations at Four Seasons may be more luxurious, but not everything there is perfect either and the value typically does not justify the cost. All expectations are met at Staybridge Suites Chantilly – Dulles Airport for a reasonable price.”
