“My experience here has been good especially with Clay who works at the front desk.He is very respectful and very well liked by all who have stayed at this location. I have witnessed him train all new employees that have came here he is definately a leader.All staff are very friendlyand do their very best to accommodate your every need while staying here they are just a great bunch. My only concern is no cameras in parking lots but hopefully they will work on that.
Walkability: Shopping center walking distance.”

“We just stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. A 1 day staycation. This is a beautiful and very grand hotel. 24 hour state of the art gym. Indoor and outdoor pool, BOTH with hot tubs. Very impressive facility. The restaurant is top notch. I’d come eat here without even staying. Also an onsite Starbucks. The main reason I am giving a full 5 star review is because of the customer service I received, especially from the general manager of hotel operations. We had some mishaps with our reservation and room and they immediately rectified everything and made it right. They even sent balloons, a teddy bear, and card for my daughter to the room. Very accommodating and we will be back!”
“The hotel’s location was amazing – only a few minutes’ drive from the IAD airport and the most famous tourist spots. My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast for any tasks I needed to do.Staff was very considerate throughout my stay, and I appreciate that. Since it was my anniversary, they helped make my trip even more extraordinary by leaving some chocolates and a thoughtful note.My late-night check-in was handled well by the waiting staff, and the 24-hour room service is a great perk. The quiet hallways were wonderful for getting some rest.”

“I've been in different Hotels Rooms. For the price, on this one I found things that I liked, for instance, it has a little kitchenett something that not all hotels offer, even tho. I liked the cleanliness but I think the clorox smell it was too strong and the front desk attendant is not that charismatic. But any ways on our favor the place was quiet...so far I have no complaints.”
