Very good staff. Quick and efficient. Terrible doctors. Slow and oblivious to long wait time by customers. Get rid of these bad doctors and replace them with PAs and NPs.

Great experience. The Lady at the desk when you first come in acted frustrated when I didn’t know I had to sign in on the tablet. She wasn’t exactly the “great you with a smile” mind of mood but otherwise polite. The rest of the staff was amazing. Gave blood and didn’t feel a thing ?. Everyone was inventively doing tier part and made me feel cared for.

Incorrectly diagnosed me as having pneumonia when I just have strep throat. They did not even do a throat swab which would have indicated strep throat. They unnecessarily referred me to the ER, which only served to confirm the strep throat. I would have been better served to just go to my primary care physician, who hopefully would have been more competent.

I came in short of breath and the staff took me in very quickly and treated my asthma. Thank you for helping me breathing again!!! Dr. Sheena was so kind and Nurse Sue had the sweetest bedside manners. The xray tech so also very polite and kind when explaining my procedure. I am so thankful to God I was able to get in today. Not being able to breath is so scary. Thank you Patient First Team ? ??

Very satisfied with the triage nurse who took my vitals, to Radiology Team who took my X-rays, to the doctor and assistant who gave me the prognosis, prescription, follow up on my BP and the knee brace fitting. Very professional and pleasant team. The receptionist and in patient check in assistant was very friendly and helpful! I definitely appreciate the customer service and support on this visit.

check in quick and easy, but then put in an exam room for 1 1/2 hours without seeing or speaking to anyone. Ridiculous. I walked out

It's a very clean establishment. The nurses are very nice. I've learned it's better to just go to a PCP. I've come twice and just been told to go to the ER if my situation worsens. No medication or treatment. The nurses are very pleasant. The doctor I saw this time was not friendly and very vague.

Worst place ever! It was my first, and the last time there for sure. I went there with my 4 year old son for cough and fever, and waited for 2 hours to see the doctor. We went there at 8am, and there were only 5 people in front of us. Waiting time is unacceptable.

We needed urgent attention for my daughter one Sunday where everywhere else was closed. We went to Patient First. I ask the front desk person if they were recognized as an "Urgent care facility" and could submit the claims to AETNA in that way. The person said "Yes, we are an Urgent care facility, we are classified like that". AETNA did not cover, so this company charge me the whole fee. When I talked to the Billing Department they explained to me that they have an agreement with AETNA that they can only submit the claims as "Office Visit" and not as an urgency, so I should assume the payment out-of-pocket. Basically, they deceived me or at least misguided me.Update 10.31.23. After I posted this, the company reimbursed me. Good for them. However, I believe in the power of Social Media.

When I got to the patient first in Gainesville, there were about 20 people lined up outside to go in. They were very quick to get everybody signed in and move them right along the process with registration, triage and then finally getting a room. It was very efficient and smooth was totally satisfied.
