“Gainesville Pharmacy has made me a customer for life. Pal, the pharmacist, has always taken great care of our family since Covid vaccines to now including our pets. Pal takes the time to explain how the medications function and how to change oral delivery from a gelcap that dissolves before the animal can take it to giving us a microdose of heart medication inside a capsule. Obviously, this means it takes Pal to dose the grains inside a tiny capsule.Pal is a blessing to us, as our 13 yr old cat has heart failure and the Sotalol is much needed as part of his regimen. Many other pharmacists would not take the care and time to package 60 capsules with a few grains of medicine. Thank you for the good you do!!”

“I went in at 8:30 a.m. to get 20 balloons blown up. Riley was behind the floral counter and was already clearly busy. I was immediately helped without hesitation, with kindness and a smile, and with genuine warmth. Riley truly made my day. I felt bad popping in with such a big request and she didn't flinch. “This is a good sized Walgreens with a drive up prescription pickup window. Staff are friendly but like most places they seem to be understaffed a lot of the time, which translates to waits. To save wait time you can drop off (or have your physician send in) your prescriptions and they will text or call you when it is ready for pickup. If you choose to drop off in person you can ask for an estimated pickup time which is generally accurate.”

“I just have to give the biggest shout-out to Tawfik, the pharmacist at Walgreens in Gainesville, BA 20155. He went above and beyond to help me when I was in a real bind. I needed eye drops, four times a day, and my insurance just wasn’t cutting it. Tawfik took the time to walk me through everything, and even arranged a transfer to another pharmacy so I could get the meds I needed—on a Saturday, no less, before 6 p.m.! I am just so, so grateful. Tawfik is truly the best—I wish every Walgreens had someone like him. Thank you, Tawfik!!!🩵”
