This location is my go to for protein powder for my smoothies because not only do they always have it in stock, it's always buy one get one half off every time I need to purchase more. There can be a line at times but it typically moves really fast. Customer service is always good. If you need assistance you can usually find someone really quickly. “Lori N. the Pharmacist went above and beyond to assist me with an issue I was having with a prescription since July 1st. She explained why the prescription was declined but went further to understand the reason for both of us. When she called customer service of the provider, she discovered the product was not coded correctly for the program price. She not only faxed the correct coding to my doctors office but she wrote it down for me so I could personally take it to them. I had been so frustrated over this prescription and Lori understood and jumped into action It wasn't the fault of CVS or my doctor just wasn't coded correctly for the program price. I was very grateful for her care and assistance today. So hopefully by Monday or Tuesday, this will now be resolved.”

This is a very busy neighborhood pharmacy that in the past has had trouble keeping up with the volume and wait times would be horrible . I noticed new experienced or trained employees are multi tasking with no issues and it looks like a well oiled machine back there behind the counter and I was helped immediately, my concern regarding the prescription was answered immediately and according to my doctor , correctly . I realize most reviews are done when someone is upset, but I felt like other customers should be aware that changes are happening and I believe they will continue to improve with the current team behind the counter. I will say that their staff is friendly and the options for passport photos was great. I was in with no appointment and it was $18 with me having the pictures as I walked out.
