My experience with the staff here was very positive. They were super busy and still were so incredibly helpful and chill. I hope they get acknowledged for being friendly, patient and efficient even with a line of people waiting 🙂

The UPS team at the Gainesville, VA store are always helpful, courteous and fast. They had a ton of people in their store when I visited on 7/3/26 but they had several people handling the customers very efficiently and were all friendly.
