This staff is helpless. If you utilize their services, you are- at best- gambling that they will do for you what they say they're going to do. Highly suggest using USPS.

Two of the guys there were nice and wanted to help while the other two threw packages across the room playing basketball with them and took 5 minutes to address the line of customers. One of them had to tell the others repeatedly to help him because a line was forming. I handed one of them my package and he just threw it into a bin and walked away. Literally threw it...

Absolutely horrible customer service by David. Argued with me about a UPS printing label and cont to say it’s USPS. Well it’s NOT. AS I TOLD HIM! Thank goodness Dominion Valley UPS has reps that actually care and take the time to talk and explain. David told me he didn’t have time for my car and hung up. Horrible customer service.

The employees are very efficient and helpful. Store is clean and always well stocked. Long lines are not intimidating because it moves fast due to well trained staff.

Ups won't do amazon returns unless you buy a box from them or a bag that cost $3.48Lady was very rude and said no to even an associate when he said should be fine because it does have the shipping label how amazon shipped it to me in their box but she said no needs to be another box over that box or a bag so I had to buy a bag/box from UPS

I was charged $3.24 to print their own UPS label, $3.00 computer use (I used my own phone), plus .24 for printing a single label, which was generated by UPS...I think this is not a real UPS store or something.

(Saturday - 8/26/23) Called to check on their ability to send an overnight delivery of a letter. The letter was to my son, who serves in the Air Force. I provided the delivery address and was quoted $61.00. However, when I arrived, the price suddenly skyrocketed to $110.00, with a Tuesday delivery, so I left. That's too drastic of a price difference. Standard FedEx overnight - Arrival on Monday by 8 p.m. was only $47.55! I won't ever trust this UPS location again.

This store had 2 entrances and when I came with heavy bags and multiple returned items and I put them to the open counter near the door and was not politely told that the line started from other side . The sign about it should be visible so customers were not confused . I am happy it’s not my local store , was there just on my way .

This is the only UPS store that I visit and they knock it out of the park every time! The owner is attentive and available, Matias and Jamie are amazing to see and always make sure my packages are well taken care of. 12/10 recommend!
