I can not believe the disrespect I received from one of the reps at this store. And the fact he basically refused to help me. Didn’t look up my account. Just wanted to argue. Lucky for him I changed my life otherwise I would be back in jail. Hope the next person he treats the same way holds him accountable.

They are over all have not good customer service and bad connection service availability and network connection they only there and looking how to get into your pocket .

Excellent customer service. We went in to get new phones and Chad was extremely helpful throughout the process. As frustrating as phone issues can be, Chad was very knowledgeable, explained everything in simple terms, and even followed up with us to make sure everything was working fine. I would definitely recommend stopping in this location and asking for Chad!

The last sales rep that assisted me the past two visits last year was very good at his job. Unfortunately, I knew he recently transferred to the Tysons location, so I was concerned about who might help me this time around.
I was greeted by wireless sales consultant, Chad Woolard. Turns out he was very knowledgeable and heard me out about my concerns, what I wanted and what I needed. He made recommendations and didn't try to convince me to do something else or change my mind on anything. Each step along the way he was professional, friendly and had a solution for what I wanted. The entire process was timely and I left satisfied having gotten what I wanted with minimal effort. Very good experience. Thanks!

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so helpful and helped me make the best choice for the phones i should get for my family. Specifically, Mason and Malachi assisted me and i can’t recommend them enough!

Train your sales representatives to prioritize being helpful customer service agents before focusing on sales. We recently had an issue with an equipment pickup after dropping off our old equipment. The representative couldn't locate the order, so we began contacting Verizon from the store. Despite informing the agent of the situation, they repeatedly asked if there was anything else they could assist with, even though we were actively working to resolve the issue with Verizon.
The store was nearly empty—just two customers and five representatives—so we didn’t see a problem staying there while addressing the matter. However, the same agent who helped us drop off our old equipment eventually said, “Can you free up my desk so I can help other customers,” essentially kicking us out for no valid reason. What a display of excellent customer service
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the store’s displayed business license was for 2023, even though we are just a few days away from 2025. This is concerning and reflects poorly on the store’s operations.

Let me start by saying that this was one of the greatest retail experiences that I have ever had. I came in the store incredibly stressed out due to the problems I was having with my iPhone 11 that was super old. Craig was quick to help me and he was one of the kindest and most genuine people that I have ever met. He explained a full breakdown on my Verizon account and helped me LOWER my bill and helped with upgrading my device. Not only did I get all my information but he was magically able to lower my bill as well. Everything was so smooth and I left the store feeling so happy and all my worries were gone. I cannot thank Craig enough for all of his patience and hard working efforts. I will always work with Craig when returning to this Verizon location. I couldn’t be happier with how well this store is. Craig is a 10/10 sales associate and his customer service skills are flawless. Thank you so much Verizon and Craig for helping me. This is why I’m apart of Verizon!!

Donald Woolard was great! Fast and easy service. He taught me tricks to keep my new iPhone’s battery life intact and last a long time. Taught me how to use my VPN for security when in public places. I have never had anyone take the time to give me tips on protecting my phone. I was very lucky to have him as my sales person! Thank you for your excellent service.
