“We've had stuff in this storage unit now for about 10 months. We were there on Saturday to close out our account. I will have to say that the experience working with the people there has been amazing compared to the other places that I've dealt with for storage. I currently have a storage unit in Durham North Carolina that is absolutely miserable to work with. Whenever I have to call I'm treated like I am an idiot that I can't understand what they're saying even though I do. However whenever the 220 self-storage had to call us for any reason whether it be a late payment or a failed auto pay they were always very nice and very polite and it was just so easy to deal with them. When my wife went into close out the account and let them know that we have cleaned out and swept the unit the lady was very very happy and very thankful for us taking the time to do that. If you are in Franklin county and you have need for a storage unit I highly recommend them. They are a very nice place to deal with.”

“Everyone here was easy to talk to a very accommodating during our move. We needed to have a pod delivered to the storage unit in order to move and they allowed us to leave the pod on their premises while we packed it from the storage unit, it was very kind of them to allow us to do that.”
