“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“I have done business with Computer World since 2011. Jerome and Justin are friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. On 5/21 I purchased one of their refurbished computers. I asked Justin to upgrade the hard drive to 1TB. Justin only charged for parts. Justin also performed recovery on my old computer which had crashed and recovered all info from the hard drive. He transferred my data to the refurbished computer for no charge. Hard to beat service like that. Impressive.”

“I made an appointment for battery replacement. I was asked if I needed help from a worker almost immediately upon walking in. Got checked in and it didn’t take long for my person to do the rest of the process after sitting at the Genius Bar. First complaint is that I was originally quoted 1 hour wait but that changed to 3 (which was clarified before service started so that’s whatever, I still agreed). They were very busy for a Sunday so I understood. Service was finished at the exact quoted time and getting it back was quick and easy. One other complaint was that they discarded my screen protector without informing me that it needed to be removed beforehand, so now I have to buy another. Other than that the workers were nice and my phone was taken care of.”

“My son and I have been to this store a few times in the past 2 years, and we drive a little ways. We have always had pleasant experience with the staff both in sales and Geek Squad. My son has always gotten the help he needed to build his computer, and never any issues. We were here again yesterday and bought a laptop and stuff to build a new computer, and the staff went out of his way, took his time with us, and made sure everything was good before we left. All the staff were nice, as usual.
We felt like he had us in his best interest and honest, I believe. We can't remember his name, but it might be Benny. The store is always clean too.”
