“I have done business with Computer World since 2011. Jerome and Justin are friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. On 5/21 I purchased one of their refurbished computers. I asked Justin to upgrade the hard drive to 1TB. Justin only charged for parts. Justin also performed recovery on my old computer which had crashed and recovered all info from the hard drive. He transferred my data to the refurbished computer for no charge. Hard to beat service like that. Impressive.”

I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. “My son and I have been to this store a few times in the past 2 years, and we drive a little ways. We have always had pleasant experience with the staff both in sales and Geek Squad. My son has always gotten the help he needed to build his computer, and never any issues. We were here again yesterday and bought a laptop and stuff to build a new computer, and the staff went out of his way, took his time with us, and made sure everything was good before we left. All the staff were nice, as usual.
We felt like he had us in his best interest and honest, I believe. We can't remember his name, but it might be Benny. The store is always clean too.”
