“On Saturday, July 1, 2023 I went to the Pouncey Tract location to open an account. I first met with an employee who took shortcuts was not completely helpful. I then met with Justin F. - Financial Service Representative. He was thorough, understanding to my concerns, and went above and beyond to call me first thing (on the next business day) on a matter in which his colleague should have done on Saturday. Justin F. represented the true brand of HFCU and is knowledgeable on shared banking, opening accounts and transfers from other institutions. Thank you Justin F.”
