“Nancy went so far above and beyond for me that I had to leave a review. This bank services my auto loan, and I reached out to her after months of being ignored by the dealership over a service contract refund that was supposed to be applied to my balance. Interest kept accruing the whole time on money that should have already been paid down.
Nancy did not have to take this on. The dealership's failure to send the refund was not her bank's problem to fix. But she hounded them on my behalf anyway, kept after them until they responded. She was incredibly kind through the entire process and made me feel like my situation actually mattered.
If this is how they treat someone whose loan they simply service, imagine how far they will go for their actual banking customers. I cannot recommend Nancy and this bank highly enough.”

“I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this location. For starters I scheduled multiple appts online and each time the person assigned to me was unavailable or in a meeting. So I had to be helped by someone else. Marcus ended up helping me both times. He was very friendly however there was some confusion with opening a new account for my child. I prefer the atlee road location. This location is closer to me tho which is why I gave them a try.”
