This review is not for the district management of this Public Storage, but just for the one employee, Hailey, who was extremely helpful to me during my move in processing for an additional unit. I am extremely thankful she was there that day. Normally, you will be lucky to catch anyone there throughout the day.
The district management and or corporate management gets zero stars for severely understaffing this place. They never answer the phone that is published and never call back. That is because they have the same employees going back and forth from different facilities and not leaving anyone to man the facilities after leaving each one. When customers live across the country and have to fly in just to get support because they cannot reach anyone via phone, that is a significant problem.
At minimum, they should publish the cell phone number that they actually give the employees to call new customers when we reserve a unit. They should also publish the actual hours that they are actually in the office because they are not there from 9am-5pm.
I had a unit for years at this facility when it was CubeSmart. The service then was superior. Hopefully the district and regional managers will read this review and make some positive changes.
I am thankful however for Hailey’s support during this additional move in and for presenting a smile with great service!
Finally, I will say this facility is very clean, secure, and totally climate controlled. Had items in here for many years with no infestations, floods, or theft.

Mel was on time for our appointment. She was kind, courteous, and professional. She took care of all of my concerns in regard to removing Insurance and crediting me for my own lock. Her kindness to myself, and my daughter scored big points with me.!

Mel was sooo helpful. She showed me the unit before I completed my reservation which I truly appreciate. She provided great customer service. She answered any questions I had and made the process seamless!
