“I had the best time getting a new phone here. The entire team was friendly, smart, personable, and they seemed really happy working together. I’ve been having a rough time with life lately and they totally made my day, and the experience of getting a new phone easy. They even do well with explaining the rules corporate sets for them and deliver expectations well to the customer (aka me lol). I would recommend this store. I also want to note they were very attentive to everyone who came in, not judgmental, and got things done.”
“We stopped in on a busy Saturday to grab some lunch at the Roost in 7-11. Not only was the food great, Ginger, the gal that waited on us was the definition of awesome customer service! She was one of the friendliest employees in a convenient store I’ve ever encountered! I cannot praise her high enough! I will be calling her manager and giving her a very high recommendation for her service and work ethic! These days, it’s hard to find younger people with such a happy, helpful attitude! “I drive by three 7 11s to use this store. The owner and his sister are very nice. He also owns one on LIBBY below Grove.But what makes this place very special is the tall youngman with braids who treats everyone like family..he is friendly, very customer oriented and goes out of his way to serve you with a smile and friendship. I hope 7 11 appreciates his gift and his dedication to the corporation.The man with the three Chinese grandsons.”
“Not sure why the scores for this Target are so low??!! I LOVE this location!! Is it busy?? Of course it is!! People love Target and this one is located in the heart of Short Pump which is always busy!! This store recently got a face lift and it's stunning! Target feels more modern and is easier to shop at because the displays feel interactive. Don't let the low ratings keep you away from shopping at this store.”

“My son and I have been to this store a few times in the past 2 years, and we drive a little ways. We have always had pleasant experience with the staff both in sales and Geek Squad. My son has always gotten the help he needed to build his computer, and never any issues. We were here again yesterday and bought a laptop and stuff to build a new computer, and the staff went out of his way, took his time with us, and made sure everything was good before we left. All the staff were nice, as usual.
We felt like he had us in his best interest and honest, I believe. We can't remember his name, but it might be Benny. The store is always clean too.”
