“Costumer service is above and beyond!!!!!! I had a Kenwood DMX809S installed in my 2013 Toyota Avalon. So there is very few companies that make a - kit for this car. And the - kit is a high gloss, black. It looks hideous, and I told them it looked like crap, apparently the JBL synthesis system in these limited trim models are pretty complicated? They got it installed. Everything's working like factory and more The sound is incredible, just with the stock speakers. From that unit. And they went above and beyond, and actually painted the - kit for me. And it damn near matches the rest of the trim in the car. Fantastic work I'll be back there again for more work done on the car. Can't say enough about those guys!”

“Recently bought whole system—speakers, turntable and cartridge, and integrated amplifier—through Audio Exchange and the entire experience was excellent start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful in helping me make the choices to suit my needs, communicated clearly on when components would arrive, did a very professional job installing everything. They also are helping to source some challenging-to-find vinyl. Most importantly, the entire system sounds incredible—I couldn’t possibly be happier. Thank you team!”

“I would recommend this store over 100 times over and over. Customer service was amazing and I mean A+. The store is very neat, organized and clean. Pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. For now on with any in-store needs I have this will be my store of choice. I suggest this store for others that is reading this review as well. I was assisted by Ms. Zaineb. She did an awesome job in communicating my need with the customer service department, advocating for me and resolved my issue to have my service reconnected due to no fault of my own or Metro PCS. She was extremely helpful in assisting with the transfer of my Apple phone, After the Apple Store in Short Pump created an issue with me continuing service. She was very knowledgeable, assured me over the phone she could help. Walked in and she went in to action with fixing my problem. I’m so thankful for Zaineb, She got your girl all the way straight!! Go shop with this store you will not be disappointed❤️ P.S thanks again Bubbles..”

“I am writing to share my positive experience as a long-time customer of the Aarons in Colonial Heights, Virginia store. I noticed the store does not have a 5 star rating which it definitely deserves, as the service is consistently five-star. The entire team is awesome, but I want to especially recognize customer service agents John, Zach and Britney. Aarons provides idividuals and families on a tight budget, or with less-than-perfect credit, the valuable opportunity to lease to own. I highly recommend this location and team to others. Topflight, 5 Stars Easy! Best regards, Astrid & Family”

4708 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond VA 23234
“I came to the Cricket store on Jefferson Davis road in Richmond to set up my new phone device, and Jobanny helped me to set my new account and device. I will be returning to this Cricket store location in the future and definitely staying away from the Cricket store in Chester, Virginia - because my phone was locked, when I purchased it. I would give Jobanny 5 stars and an excellent review for his customer service, professionalism, competency in solving all technical issues and setting up my device, caring and understanding. I walked away feeling satisfied. I would highly recommend this Cricket store off Jefferson Davis to anyone who wants quality service and transpatency and specifically ask for Jobanny. Anyone who knows me would say I do not usually leave reviews, and it is rare when I do, but this was an exceptional service and he (Jobanny) deserves to be recognized.”

8800 Staples Mill Rd Suite 500-600, Richmond VA 23228
“I normally do not rate any service a 10 anymore. Honestly. I can rate the T-Mobile store on Staples a 10 with no reserves at all. These are the reasons I can rate them a 10. First, I was welcomed almost immediately even though the store was packed. I was welcomed, my info. taken, and told how many were before me, but was assured of their help. Celina, continued to circulate amongst customers letting go them know where they were in the queue. Kobe circulated also on a day I was there; no customer felt neglected. Was also impressed how well the staff worked together like a well oiled machine. Jarell is another member of staff I observed, supporting, the team, dealing with customers, assuring all was working smoothly. I had the pleasure to be helped by Kiara Colberg personally. Kiara, like the rest of the staff, provided superb service. Her personal people skills are exceptional. K has developed the sort of skills that make her an exceptional problem-solver. K. solved every problem I had. K. was extremely patient with a senior technology like me. She never made me feel embarrassed by my lack of skills and even added humor that helped. Each of the staff at this particular location are assets to your company, I commend them. By the way, do you know there's a staff person amongst you that can walk on water? Kiara!!!!!”

“I had a great experience at MetroPCS thanks to Nathan and Sarah. They went above and beyond to help me transfer my phone line over, even though we ran into some serious challenges getting the transfer PIN from my old carrier. They stayed patient, professional, and super helpful the entire time. I really appreciate their dedication and teamwork—it made a stressful situation so much easier. Big thanks to both of them for sticking with it and getting everything set up smoothly!”
