The staff were extremely helpful in helping me make the choices to suit my needs, communicated clearly on when components would arrive, did a very professional job installing everything. She did an awesome job in communicating my need with the customer service department, advocating for me and resolved my issue to have my service reconnected due to no fault of my own or Metro PCS. She was extremely helpful in assisting with the transfer of my Apple phone, After the Apple Store in Short Pump created an issue with me continuing service. She was very knowledgeable, assured me over the phone she could help. Walked in and she went in to action with fixing my problem. I’m so thankful for Zaineb, She got your girl all the way straight!! I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“I love metro I love the service but the lady with the glasses on was very unprofessional she didn't even look at my account I tried to explain my situation I was trying to get a phone she kept on telling me the phones not free I still had to pay for it and told me I couldn't add a line told me I had to wait a year for metro flex I was in a emergency situation. But she grab her phone walked off. I have been with the same service for 10 years never had a problem. Buy it's ok cause I found a way to switch my number to my old phone. They were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during a very frustrating situation. Stephanie went above and beyond by providing a replacement device and resolving the remaining balance, ensuring the issue was finally taken care of. I am genuinely grateful to have been helped by them and they absolutely deserve recognition and raises.
Now for the not-so-great part..T-Mobile’s customer service call center was extremely unhelpful. I had to visit the store three separate times for the same issue involving a warranty exchange. The problem? The replacements were still connected to another account! Despite the multiple in store visits and the hours spent trying to resolve this, customer service insisted otherwise and even claimed I hadn’t been to the store as many times as I stated. The issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone, and the only solution offered was an account credit, which I did not want. I wasn’t looking for compensation honestly, I just wanted the problem fixed after investing so much time and effort.
Thankfully, the in store team stepped up where customer service failed. Without them, this issue would still be unresolved. Thank yall!”
