I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”

“I normally do not rate any service a 10 anymore. Honestly. I can rate the T-Mobile store on Staples a 10 with no reserves at all.
These are the reasons I can rate them a 10. First, I was welcomed almost immediately even though the store was packed. I was welcomed, my info. taken, and told how many were before me, but was assured of their help. Celina, continued to circulate amongst customers letting go them know where they were in the queue. Kobe circulated also on a day I was there; no customer felt neglected.

Jarell is another member of staff I observed, supporting, the team, dealing with customers, assuring all was working smoothly.
I had the pleasure to be helped by Kiara Colberg personally. Kiara, like the rest of the staff, provided superb service. Her personal people skills are exceptional. K has developed the sort of skills that make her an exceptional problem-solver. K. solved every problem I had. K. was extremely patient with a senior technology like me. She never made me feel embarrassed by my lack of skills and even added humor that helped.
Each of the staff at this particular location are assets to your company, I commend them.

“I love metro I love the service but the lady with the glasses on was very unprofessional she didn't even look at my account I tried to explain my situation I was trying to get a phone she kept on telling me the phones not free I still had to pay for it and told me I couldn't add a line told me I had to wait a year for metro flex I was in a emergency situation. But she grab her phone walked off. I have been with the same service for 10 years never had a problem. Buy it's ok cause I found a way to switch my number to my old phone.
