Amelia rocked. She helped with my baby boy while I was switching lawn mowers. She was very helpful and helped me load up the lawnmower. Very nice and pleasant customer service.

Xavier and Robert in customer service made a bad situation almost perfect. We bought a 18k BTU LG window AC. Installed it and went to work plug it in... but Guess what? Power plug was 230 volt international plug. LG couldn't help. So when it was retuned Xavier was great.

Jason has been more than helpful, he even offered to put my license plate on for me to ensure the correct screws were used. He went out of his way to help my mom and I, definitely top notch customer service!!!
