“Friendly employees for sure! Lots of everything anyone could buy. We bought a thermometer for our Samsung fridge. We tried to buy one at The Home Depot Store but none. Didn't want to purchase it at Amazon. We liked being able to buy merchandise right away!”

“Come to this location several times and they’ve always had the material that I’ve needed for my projects either on site or been able to order them with really decent delivery times. Of course there are many Lowe’s that you can go to, but this location in particular always has what I’m looking for in stock and it’s my favorite location to go to.”
“We were looking for an obscure light bulb. Dan The Man went out of his way to help us. He looked at other HD stock. We called Short Pump but although they indicated 12 in stock, none could be found. He then found stock across the river. We went there and purchased 3 packages! He went above and beyond.”
“Had items in stock. Wanted a specific storm door , two other Lowes stores said they had it in stock that were close to house , it ended up that was wrong. Had to travel about a hour to get door but it was worth it . Got there first thing Friday morning and the associates at the returns counter ended up locating the door in the back and brought it up front . They were very nice and polite for being 6:30 am . Sometimes you dont get that at places but they were great .”

“After a frustrating experience at the Mechanicsville Home Depot, I decided to call ahead to this location to make sure the item I needed was actually in stock. I’m so glad I did.
Charlie answered the phone, and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to locate the exact pallet the vanity was on, brought it down, and made sure everything was ready for us before we even arrived.
When we got there, Charlie already had the vanity waiting on a flat cart, which made the whole process so easy. The ladies in the appliance section were also very kind and helpful, pointing us right to where everything was set up.
Charlie truly went above and beyond, and it made such a difference. I’m so thankful for him and the great team at this location!”
