“Great customer service! As soon as I arrived, several employees helped me find the materials I needed for my work. A special thanks to Runa, who took the time to look for safety glasses that seemed to be out of stock. She checked the overstock area and found a whole box! I really needed them to complete the job, and I truly appreciate her dedication and assistance.”

“Had an associate named Jordan help me cut plywood and he made the entire experience both enjoyable and efficient. He asked right out the gate if he could help me with anything and not only directed me to the wood cutting area in the back of the store but also did the cutting for me. All in all, great customer service! Definitely ask for Jordan.”

“Such a great experience. The staff at Saron were wonderful to work with. We were not excited to be “sold” on a countertop like a used car, but here they were happy to just talk about what we wanted and give us the options they had. Casual conversations led us to the perfect counters for our space. Such a simple measurement and install, all the staff were friendly and easy to work with.”

“Super friendly staff! Checkout process was a bit slow, but not too bad. One of the employees purchased two lollipops out of her own pocket for two kids who were shopping with their parents which was very nice of her. Even though the employee I encountered was off the clock, she still went above and beyond to assist me and direct me to the items I needed. Thank you again for a great experience.”

“This review is for Deborah and Deborah only. Deborah, you saved me from painting my whole wall when you successfully color matched my paint and I was able to cover up old swatches of paint on the wall. When the first person tried to color match it and failed, I was ready to just buy a whole new paint can to do the walls — but you saved me! My wall looks like it did before I messed it up 8 months ago. You deserve everything good coming your way. Thank you Deborah!”

“Recently bought a house so I have been in this home depot far more times per week than I really expected to be in my adult life. I really underestimated how much of my budget now goes to spending 50$ at Home Depot 2-3 times a week. Fantastic staff. I haven't run into any employees who haven't been kind, patient, and flexible with what I need to get my project done. Particularly Joe, I am so excited to see Joe working and get his help, he's always very sincere and curious about what I'm working on and can make what seems like a frustrating problem turn into an opportunity to make something cool! Thanks so much!”

“I always enjoy the garden shop at Lowes. I happen to be looking for mosquito tablets that you add to standing water. One of the sales associates took me right to them.”

“I just had a great customer experience at Lowe's. I was looking for lava rock and I asked Spencer where it was. We were inside and he took me all the way outside to the garden department right to the lava rock. He went and got me a cart. He picked up the bag made sure there were no holes, and put it in the cart. Totally above and beyond. Thank you Spencer. June 8 in case you have more than one Spencer.”
