A few other important factors in decision making were mobile banking capability, having physical branches, business accounts integrated with personal accounts. When I made an appointment online, Rhys called me in a matter of minutes. Then, I visited the branch and very pleasantly surprised how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Rhys well exceeded my expectations with his communication skills, his knowledge in Wells Fargo banking products, and how personable he was! I can't left out Vanessa who set up our business accounts and both personal and business credit cards. She impressed me with her professionalism and approachableness.
