The store itself is okay, not very clean the customer service however was TERRIBLE.. They had a shirt that appeared to be used with glitter on it and when I asked for it to be swaped the CSR gave me a look as to say no, I had to ask her again before she moved. Then I asked to swap a size now all of their shirts that are on sale from size youth small thru large and adult small thru xl are always 2.99 so why was it a issue for me to swap out a youth large for a regular large especially when yall told me online that you didn't have any. I walked to the back myself and there was over 13 adult large shirts.. I feel that poor Laura who was being trained will be successful if she had a other trainer (my opinion. She seemed to not know what to do but also appeared to want to show she knew alot)

my boyfriend and I (a minor and a 19 year old) got scammed by a worker , she had light brown hair and glasses and was middle aged. she over charged us by scanning an item multiple times and continued to scam us by recounting and requesting more money (we payed in cash because we don't have jobs because we are kids) we ended up paying 10 more dollars for our bracelet beads. incredibly frustrating that michael's would let someone who would scam anyone let alone children , work at their stores. be careful shopping at this michael's and only use self checkout

I love going to this store. There is always a great sale going on. The staff is helpful and courteous. I go there looking for holidays decorations for my classroom and do well. There is a large variety of semi precious stones to make jewelry and leather bracelets and necklaces to put them. A real gem :)
