They Started off Super friendly & helped me outta a Huge expense, Soo I assumed it was they Only place I needed service.... Which is an HR away, bc the Purvis Ford on my area is GARBAGE; but I noticed the 2nd time I went back out was NOT as warm a welcome & I was held for a Very Long time JUST for an oil change!
Soo, I've recently discovered there's a Ford dealership Closer that I'll hv 2 At Least try out..... Soo I'll have OPTIONS!!!! 🤷♂️

Awesome Experience Buying a Bronco!
I recently purchased a Bronco, and the entire experience was fantastic! Gilman was my sales guy, and he was absolutely great—knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He took the time to walk me through all the options and features, making the process smooth and stress-free.
Wyatt in financing was also a huge help. He made everything easy to understand, got me a great deal, and worked efficiently to get me on the road in my new Bronco without any hassle.

I had a great experience with Lydia at Richmond Ford! After receiving poor customer service with my previous car at Kia, I was so impressed by how different my experience was here. Lydia was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that was easy to understand. She made it completely stress-free for me as a girl with no car knowledge and made me feel confident knowing I wasn’t getting scammed.
