I really like the service department at Richmond Ford West. I take my Mustang there for inspections and service. They take great care of my Mustang. My husband and I were out roaming the lot not really planning to buy anything. However, Richmond Ford had the truck of my dreams, a blue Ford FX4 Lariat. We had a blast chatting with the salesman and the finance manager. The whole experience was awesome and worthwhile, especially since I left with my truck.
