“I meant to add this a few weeks ago but forgot amidst everything going on. My wife and I were there just picking up a few things while we were out running errands. There was a particular item my wife was looking for that they didn't have due to an allergy. This guy in his jacket with his cart is nearby and like oh what are you looking for? We tell him and he said yeah I don't think they are making that one anymore. He showed us the other ones they had and my wife has tried a few of the ones he mentioned but weren't her preference. He said if you want to try that one I'll take care of it. It turned out he was the Assistant Store Manager. He called the customer service desk and had them comp the item he offered for her to try and went about his grocery shopping after his shift or on his break. We really appreciated his help and customer service and will frequent this Publix more often due to this! Thank you Shawn/Sean (we're not even sure because he wasn't working so didn't have his name tag on)”

I love coming in even if I'm not getting a sub to just say hello to her and I hope I will be able to post her name next time. Thank you Publix for having such a wonderful person in your company.”
