“Moh and Omar set me straight all the time. They always take care of me and make sure I have what I need. The stores clean, the people are friendly and in my near 10 years of going here I've never had a bad experience”
“I love coming into this shop, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They recently did some moving around and the store looks great, its much brighter and open!!! Also Noah is also super kinda and helpful.”
“I went in to make a purchase, Greg spent some time with me explaining the options (patiently I might add) and helped me pick something that matched my preferences. I ran into an issue a little later and after a quick call (and another patient explanation) with Greg I’m a satisfied customer.”
“Selection was great, the service was better. Staff is very helpful, Brent made a few recommendations that absolutely hit the spot. Definitely will be coming back for more”
“Shoutout to my mans, Bones. He was such a chill customer service guy that I went in there with the intent of only buying a cigar and ended up spending $60 without feeling bad about it days later. Found a 10 year Davidoff that I thought I’d never see again.”
“great atmosphere, top selections, everything’s brand new and fresh, wide variety for everyone, the employees are great and super helpful and say wether this product or that would suit you best, overall a great shop to go too.”
“Nic and his wife are such amazing Humans. They will go out of their way to help their customers. The BEST prices around. Nic within a week or so will know you in a first name basis and makes it a point to make you feel respected and to me that is just so amazing in today's world.”
“I love this job the price is amazing and it’s very good price I recommend it to all my friend and they open to 12 midnight you have to visit this place is amazing”
“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Total Wine, and it’s entirely thanks to Chase! I went in looking for something specific but couldn't quite remember the name or how to describe it perfectly. Chase was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful—which is exactly how he is every single time I visit. He not only helped me pinpoint exactly what I needed, but he also gave me an additional recommendation. His recommendation was absolutely perfect, it tasted exactly like the flavor profile I had been thinking of but couldn't put into words. Thank you so much Chase!!”
“The owner and workers are friendly and cool. If you spend a little bit of money they will hook you up. They are also pretty good about keeping items in stock. They also have a wide variety of items and are fairly priced. Other smoke shops try to rip you off, they are honest people here. Refreshing”
“We won't go anywhere else but here and there are other shops closer to me then this one the staff here is amazing they recognize us anytime we come in and they are always suggesting new things to try, the prices are the great and the points system is only a bonus reason to come back my 1 and only place to shop”

“They are very nice. Abdul Rahman helped me find a great vape device. I love him. He is a good guy and the customers joke with him. Thank you, Saud, once again. I advise everyone who smokes this place.”
“I come here quite often and have only ever had one bad experience out of all the money i've spent there, I bought what I presume to have been a fake Lose Mary, but it wasn't a huge deal because it still lasted a week instead of two. Staff is extremely friendly and store is kept beautifully.”
“As a gesture of thanks to some of my neighbors, for their help in removing the Ice in from the front of my house and drive way.
I decided to gift each of them some wine. I was aided in my endeavor by a staff member who expertly recommended both a white and a red, not only by price (modest) but it's varietal and taste rating. Many thanks, you saved me a lot of walking in a fog.”
“I'm impressed by the helpful and friendly staff here. They guided me through their wide selection with expertise, ensuring I found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Honest people in a welcoming environment!”

“Dudes are super helpful, knew the products well and had an awesome selection compared to other shops anywhere nearby. They also have better prices than other shops especially in the Ashland area.”
“Carytown just completed an amazing renovation, expanding the humidor cigar room. And added sooo many more products. Beautiful job to Matt and staff. Speaking of the crew, they are as good as their boss. Matt, the proprietor is the nicest dude you will meet. He does have a propensity to gamble on teams, so go easy on him and just buy more stuff. We'll done, laddie, and crew. Love this place. Enjoy!”
“I'm from Vermont, was away from home and went here for my stuff, the dudes were awesome, helped me get something I like, And had me make sure it worked and I liked it before I walked out the door, every place of business should have there mentality, thanks guys”
“Think I found the best carytown tobacco in the city. Mikey, Khalil, Ahmed and the crew was so hospitable. Great proof of customer service and have all products necessary. I will be back”
“Great place and awesome staff. Their collection of glass art is definitely the most robust in the area. Customer service is always above and beyond with this crew of guys.”
