3 people working. One register was not working. You need to put the person that can run the register on it to get the peiple in and out. 10 people waiting was ridiculous 🙄

I've been a box holder here for years. I do not have anything delivered to our physical address anymore. It's comforting that my mail and packages are safe and dry rather than sitting on my porch in the weather or free for porch pirates to grab. Hervie and his crew are always super helpful and friendly.

Package arrived with items thrown in a plastic bag. Delicate items with cast iron items. Calls, emails, numerous emails to live auctioneers has brought no resolution, terrible terrible service

This location is closest to me. I've looked past the slow service and long lines before because of the distance. Also, the people are usually pretty nice and helpful. Now, it seems they're charging a label printing fee! I'm not sure if this is a UPS thing or just location. It seems like every business has their hand in your pocket now. In any case, if I'm going to pay to drop off a package, I may as well go to the other UPS location. They're much quicker, never seem to have a problem with lines and longer hours.

Usually I go to the one at Staples Mill and Glenside after work and they are always at least cordial there even if it’s close to 6pm. I was home so went to this store and felt like the customers took a back seat to the phone (personal, not business).
This store has steady business but I felt like some people were expected to know what to do automatically (they didn’t and I didn’t know how to help them- Amazon returns I think? -or I certainly would have.) Also, I had a question but just got an “I don’t know “. I went home and figured it out. Will definitely use the other store or maybe put my faith in USPS for my military family member's packages from now on since it’s closer to my house.

I am very grateful that there is a UPS store located so close to where I live. I go there a lot lol. The people are always extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there. Even if there is a line I can tell that the person processing the packages is working hard.

I love this UPS store. It is so convenient, the people are friendly and helpful. Customer service is A++++++ It is busy in there all the time and that's a great problem to have. BUT I don't mind waiting because I want good customer service. I hope you guys will always be there. Thank you!!!!!

So Dazay gets a good review and gets fired for working overtime ,no one ever trained her so she stays pass closing to make sure the store is correct for the next day and her coworkers . And gets fired for a couple of hours ,,businesses wanna no why the turn around on these jobs are like this because , they don't want good workers, that stay to finish the job. And cares about the customers, good job Harvey. When she asked Hervie for his boss information so she could get answers he told her he is the boss, go figure. Hervie tell you today you are an excellent employee and fire you tomorrow for overtime. Good job UPS we will let everyone know this has to STOP ?
