I called ahead and spoke to Steve, and he was easy to communicate with from there forward via email/phone. Dylan, their shop tech, is also helpful & kind, my Mom agreed. For the 2 minor fixes, they sent parts home w/me at my request, and Steve stayed a little late for my deal since I'd driven a few hours to get there. I'm quite happy with my purchase, the RAV rides well, heat and stereo work better than my 2010! So nice to have a safe, reliable vehicle and have a no hassle buying experience with a good price and friendly customer service. Would buy from them again.
