FOR HANDICAPPED PEOPLE AN OUTSIDE DRIVE UP DROP OFF BOX WOULD BE SO NICE! The difficulties in getting walking assistive devices from auto and entering through the “sometimes” functioning doors --very heavy--is a hardship and would be something I would greatly appreciate being remedied.

Thank you Chris for helping me locate my package. The city and zip were incorrect and he took the time to help find. I appreciate the help.
