Ryan and Omarion were amazing! I was there every day for 5 days straight trying to upgrade and there was some issue with my account they had to reset (not their fault at all, the help desk had to fix it). They were so kind and supportive! They worked their butts off for me and I’m so grateful! Please go to this store! I won’t go anywhere else!

I was in bind on Sunday, and this store was the only place I could get my phone that day. I got there 2 minutes before they closed, and the salesman was working alone. He had a family and another person ahead of me. He acknowledged my presence, and went back them. He didn't rush them out, and didn't have the attitude that some people have close to closing time. I hated to have to come, but I needed my phone. When he finished up with the family, he asked if I was picking up an online order. I said yes, and then he asked the other customer if he could run and get it for me. She and I chatted until he got my box. I wish I could remember his name, but I was in panic mode. I so appreciate his kindness and patience. He wasn't flustered or rushing, and he didn't have an attitude because he was working alone and had to stay late. I hope I never have to go through this again, but I will definitely patronize this store if ever have a need again!

They don’t do anything but sell. Middlemen to take more money from you.
Cannot repair, replace, or order through this retailer without additional fees. Over $50 additional on near any activation.
Also who’s happy with a Verizon retailer with 2 bars 4G service?? Took an hour just for them to fail to setup a device because of lacking service.
Retailers need to shut down, easier for all parties just to order straight from Verizon/Apple.

This location I have been to multiple times and they have never been able to help with anything. They just pass me off to someone else or that I need to go to another location. They told me I needed to visit a ubreakifix location and if it's not fixed I Verizon can assist me. The phone was still not working so I came back and then they told me to visit a best buy technician that Verizon doesn't have anyone to fix my problem. When my problem is not in need if a technician since I was just at a ubreakifix location and they couldn't fix it.
They are very condescending in the way they talk to people. I ended up just walking out and attempting to call Verizon instead of dealing with this business. It's a shame becuase there are only two local, non associated, locations.

Can’t very well give anything except the lowest rating considering they were CLOSED during BUSINESS HOURS without any indication of why. It’s the summer months, maybe they lost power? Nope because all of the other businesses were running just fine.
Not a huge deal, I hit the local T-Mobile and will be switching first thing tomorrow.

With all of the running around my husband and I endured today, Angel at this location was the absolute best!!! She fixed a problem THAT WASN’T EVEN A PROBLEM! She deserves a raise, promotion, ANYTHING REWARDING! :)

I had the worst customer service experience at this place! The guy sitting at the front desk never had any intention of helping me with what I wanted. I went twice, once to request information for an account transfer and the second time to do it and acquire two new cell phones. He never had any intention of helping, did everything possible to get me out of the way, and refused to assist me. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM, and his attitude was always as if I were a nuisance to him! He told me he couldn't do anything and only gave me a number to call, providing incorrect information. I went to another Verizon the same day, and they helped me very kindly with my request and EVEN offered me very good deals. I was about to leave Verizon and switch providers because of the way the first guy treated me. His attitude was always annoyed. It's very regrettable to have to go to another location simply because he isn't willing to serve the public! At the Verizon at 7720 W Broad St, Richmond, they resolved everything and told me it was a very simple process.

Just wanted to say that my wife and myself were impressed with Justus. He delivered excellent customer service and solved an issue we had on our phone order with Verizon. I would highly recommend Justus.

Very bad customer service. The guy in the store got a very bad attitude. He is not aware of anything at all and asks us to call the customer service if any information needed.

Yasmeen Buist was very helpful she is very nice person
