My daughter and I were helped by James. He was the absolute best in customer service I’ve had in years!!! Friendly, polite, knew his stuff, did both new phones together, proof he could multitask.
This man was trained, confident, and given what was needed to help his customers.

I am usually not a fan of the phone store but this was a good experience! Ben who works here was amazing and super helpful and patient! Would recommend this place over any phone store I’ve been to!

Great service by Ben. Bought 2 new iPhones. Ben explained different models, and helped us choose a model. He did the installs including screen protectors. He was also helping another customer at same time. He also helped us delete an old dead iPad from our account. We were there 2 1/2 hours start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in Glen Allen. The customer representative, Ben, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. upgrade/transfer to new Galaxy 25 was done promptly and with minimal issues, the few hiccups were related to increased security measures and my business emails sever but we got through it. Sore rep was professional & courteous, also was able to get me $200 my balance from old biz plan at my trade in which was an unexpected bonus
