“I recently lost my wallet while I was on my way to work and someone I'm guessing opened my wallet and saw I Bank with Woodforest and returned my wallet to my bank w everything still in my wallet! Even my cash, my debit card was deactivated but I assumed it was going to be since I lost my whole wallet. The bank asked me questions to insure it was me and I'm very thankful for whoever found my wallet and returned and also to Woodforest for being so understanding and helping me w this situation!”

I just had the most pleasant interaction with Jakala I believe her name was at the Yorktown bank. I was rushing in 10 minutes before they closed, had a bad day, kept her waiting looking for my check card, had to call my husband twice regarding the cashiers check I needed and my goodness she was an absolute ray of sunshine.
