“Although familiar with Woodforest for many years, I had never had any business transactions with this bank until today. Samina recognized an issue I was having in passing and offered her assistance. I initially declined , but she politely insisted she could resolve my concern right away as apposed to what my current bank offered and was able to do just that! And in a timely yet, attentive manner.
