It is a really big, clean, and well-stocked store with a wide inventory, including odd parts that bigger stores do not carry. The staff is friendly, helpful, and sincere, with all employees willing to help customers find what they need. They offer personal service and will go out of their way to ensure customers can find items, ordering anything not in stock. Services include making and programming keys and personalizing items like Stanley cups in a timely manner. As the helpful hardware folks in the neighborhood, helping customers is the most important thing. While prices can be a little higher, the quality products, convenient shopping experience, and expert service from a large staff make it highly recommended. Many customers find it the best Ace they have ever been to.
Employees are always very helpful, we live right down the road and always come here instead of Home Depot or Lowe’s. And thank you for letting your employees have the evening of July 4th off. They always work hard and deserve it. We love this store
