The company actually provides me with on-going updates regarding my fuel levels, which makes me feel like there is on-goin monitoring of my service. In addition, when my fuel gets to the level requiring delivery, they contact me (not me calling them) and gives me a window of time that my property will be serviced. This gives me a feeling of appreciation and importance to the business. The customer service has been excellent for me ever since I started with the company, from day one when I switched companies. I also enjoyed the benefit of referring others. Lastly, I truly appreciate the on-line access to my account and ability to communicate with them, the website is informative and user friendly. This is truly 5 Star service that I don't mind paying for.”
